Between Chapters? You Do Not Need Your Whole Life Figured Out

The old plan no longer fits. The new plan is mostly a note on your phone called “ideas???” Everybody seems to be announcing a next chapter, and yours currently looks like a collection of half-finished sentences.

You can be in transition without turning the uncertainty into a personal failure. Instead of writing the entire next chapter today, choose one page you can begin.

Separate what is ending from what is beginning

Make two lists. On the first, write what you no longer want to carry forward. On the second, write what you are curious enough to try. A curiosity does not have to become a permanent identity. You are allowed to test an idea.

Choose an experiment, not a declaration

“I must decide my future” is a large instruction. “I will try one class,” “I will sketch three ideas,” or “I will talk to someone who does that work” gives you a way to learn. Set a time to review what you noticed.

What felt interesting? What was harder than expected? What would you change? The answers can guide another small experiment.

Let more than one angle exist

You may feel excited and uncertain about the same change. A journal does not need to force those feelings into one neat headline. Write what is true today, including the parts that do not match.

A visual metaphor for change

Labradorite is often linked with transformation in contemporary crystal practices. Its shifting appearance can be a personal metaphor: the same piece can look different when you view it from another angle. That metaphor does not predict the outcome of a decision.

If you choose a display piece, use the photographs and measurements to decide whether it suits your space. The look of an individual stone can vary; do not expect every angle to show the same effect.

A crystal reminder for this practice

Keep it beside the question “What am I willing to explore?” A sphere can be a decorative reminder to remain curious. Use its base on a stable surface. Your next step still comes from the information you gather and the choices you make.

Explore the labradorite sphere with a base at Roxxy Crystals. Check the listed measurements, available options, and current availability before choosing. You can also use a crystal you already own; the practice does not require a purchase.
