I went to a neurographics workshop yesterday. I was very impressed and want to share it with you🎨🖌️
Neurographics allows you to transform negative feelings, attitudes and emotions into positive ones by working through them.
All the sharp angles in the drawing during the session need to be rounded - and the brain starts to think about how to do it, starts to build connections.
Drawing is one of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to express your creativity👍.
What's more, drawing has the ability to have a broad calming effect on a person.
Due to this there is a transition from an anxious state to a state of harmony. Now is the time when it is especially important - it is important to be in harmony with oneself and soberly assess the situation.
By using neurography we can free ourselves from inner limitations, all the way down to the deep unconscious levels. Our impression of the situation, of ourselves and the other person changes, and therefore our thinking also changes. And, consequently, the surrounding reality
Drawing helps to find ways out of even those situations that seem unsolvable👏
